front brake master cylinder
Hi, I am restoring a 1978 GS750C, to riding condition, hopefully. The problem I am having, is the front brake master cylinder. The one that came on it was from an earlier model, that was shot. I got another one from e-bay for the correct year, but it was missing some parts. There is a large washer looking part that is no longer available in the bottom of the brake fluid resivor. It is held in place by two screws. Can I just put a couple of screws with flat washer on them to hold the cup in place?Tags: None

Yes, you are correct, Big T, but the part is no longer avaiable, has been dicontinued. Thats why I was asking, can I just use a couple of screws and flat washer to hold the brake fluid reseivor cup in place? I could probably, come up with a large flat washer and drill a couple of holes for the screws if it were necessary.
