correct way to put spacer front axle back on ?

yup i moved it around an neglected digi camera in rush to get to bike shop before it closed. to be sure ill post link's. first pic his way not correct ? second pick laid out on ground the speedo and castle nut side, my right side as i face bike to put wheel on. This is how i put it back on, thinking about it -washer was flush with outer fork body when it was on axle when i took it off i think, seems logical and wheel spins

Not sure what you're asking ? But the way you have it laid out is correct. The end with the flange goes on the speedo side.
