    Dome nuts for rear shocks

Where can you buy them? I want to replace the two chrome dome nuts at the top end of my rear shocks - pref in stainless - but they are now a discontinued part. And the place where I get most of my stainless nuts and bolts from say they can't get dome nuts in the fine thread - apparently 10x 1.25 is classed as fine.

Any suggestions? I live in Australia so small local shops can be tricky!

    Thanks!

ACORN NUTS...Just about any hardware should have a selection. Take an old one with you to match then threads with a bolt..then get the new ones.

        I found these on google.au.

I couldn't find any stainless ones down there that you didn't have to buy at least 100 of.

True enough, Chuck, but he already told you in the original post.

In my OP I said "I live in Australia..." Thanks Bruno - I'll check it out. Although for as lot of stuff even though you find it via Google Aust Amazon don't ship a lot of stuff to us. It's frustrating. But I will check and see - thanks!

The nuts are available from Boulevard for about $1.50 each.

I wonder how Boulevard can get them when other Suzuki dealers have them listed by Suzuki as discontinued? Weird. Last time I was in my local Suzuki dealer I asked and watched as the guy there looked up the Suzuki Australia microfiche online. Oh well. Thanks to Frank Z I have placed a bid on some on ebay. Overpriced for sure but at least they're new! If that doesn't pan out I'll try Boulevard. Thanks!

I just got 12 of them from Boulevard last month.
