brake rotor?

Just wondering if rear brake rotor from 78 550 would fit my 80 850? The one on my 850 is gotten some slight groves in it. I have 550 which is buried under a bunch of junk in my garage. I know the 550 is not sloted like the 850 but was hoping it would work. terrylee Ok how about what might fit that I could maybe buy a new one or good used one?(i know 850 ones would fit) Seeing lots of ones on ebay. Maybe something that might be an upgrade without having to change calipers? terrylee Does anyone please have suggestions on poss. upgrade or what rotors might fit my 80' 850?????

The discs will swap right over no problem. However, if it's only a few grooves in your rear disc don't worry about it too much and I wouldn't look for an upgrade for your rear brake - it's plenty strong enough as it is already if it's working properly.
