    Inner Tube Replacement for GS450GA

    Hi,

Time to replace the rear tire on the GS450GA, which has spoke wheels. The tire specs is 4.60x16. What size inner-tube should I buy in metric size. 110/120 x 16?

    Thanks.

    I believe you mean 120/90-16?

      Probably not.

Tubes don't really care about the aslpect ratio, so don't care if they are in a /90, /80, even a /70 series tire. They simply hug the walls and assume the shape that contains them.

What does matter, though, is the overall size of the tire. The one he was asking about would be appropriate for a 110 or 120 size tire, regardless of aspect ratio.

Pmong, yes, that would be the size.

Steve, you are right. I meant 110 or 120 size tire (by 16). Thanks for the confirmation.

Big Rich, sorry about the wrong terminology. I think it is 110/80 or 120/90 by 16.
