when do you that your discs are worn out?

Question is in the title, I would like to know what inner diameter of the wheel bearing and outer diameter for a gs 750 b 1977 wheel

I found a yamaha xs 1100 1979( axel nut is 14x1.5) front wheel to replace mine, because it look the same as my wheel.
I have mag wheels on my gs, looking at the hub and where the air valve is they look like lester wheels

this is the wheel on my gs (if someone can tell me what wheels are on my motorbike that would help me infinitely because they are not Yamaha wheels)

So long as your disc is not warped there should be no problem.
A brake pad will wear to fit the grooves in a worn ( not worn out ) disc

My bike has the wear limits on the disc but the discs are 70 000 plus kms old and have nothing but a few grooves around them.

Measure the disc thickness and compare to the specification listed in your factory Suzuki service manual. If you don't have a FSM, Basscliff's site offers free download.

As for your question about the wheel, your post is VERY HARD TO READ because of your lack of punctuation and capital letters. You are looking for a Yamaha wheel, yet your existing wheel is NOT a Yamaha wheel? No clue.

The wheel in the photo looks similar to a Lester, but it's hard to tell for sure.

      To measure is to know.

Yes its definately a Lester, a super strong wheel, it needs to be as this one looks like it's taken a king size wallop at the two o'clock.

Don't say can't, as anything is possible with time and effort, but, if you don't have time things get tougher and require more effort.

Lester's are expensive and rare. Best to sell the rear and purchase a set of real Suzuki wheels (you might even make a profit - enough for new tires).
