    are these shocks and upgrade for me?

    they say suzuki on them..guy said they came off an 82 1100...

    i got a 81 gs850 with the coil springs on rear..

    i like to take corners lol..would these be worth the $15 to put on my bike?

    For $15 it's worth a try. Some of them are good, some are shot, they can be rebuilt or at least refilled with oil. If in good shape they are a decent riding shock absorber.

      good deal..can i fill them with air? if so ill see if they have anything inside...same oil as forks?

        Can't remember which oil to use, I haven't actually done it.

          There is a thumb wheel to adjust the ride (1 to 4) and a chromed cover over the air valve.

          The manual state the quantity. Can't remember of hand I would say 15 psi.

          awesome thanks for the info..they both had a lil puff of air come out..ill search for the oil type an fill em up an slap them on the bike...if anything can i re-sell them an get my money back?
