Spoke wheel rim to hub offset help please

Hi, have had my 1977 GS550 spoke wheels blasted and powdercoated, have laced the new spokes in and have trued them up, now the only thing is, I measured any offset there was on the original wheels before dismantling, I had a zero offset from the sprocket carrier side to the rim, basically it was level, now there is a 2mm gap with all spokes tweaked up (not really tight) does anyone know what the correct gap (or no gap) is? Same for front too, tho I seem to be spot on with my original measurements, just the rear wheel is bothering me as the offset has changed when its been trued up.

    Cheers
