    Canvas

    Bits from old swingarm

    Some trimming an convincing

Now gonna spread the exhaust away from the body a little to make some room, put a tire(150) on my ex650 wheel and trim the ex650 sprocket hub a little, get an offset front sprocket and rig the brake master cylinder.

That's one I've not seen before... Will look out for the finished pics. Take it that's a steel swinger?

Yep and that is the reason I picked it. That and the fact that I will have matching front and rear wheels.

Fitted on the bike but I had to trim off the kawasaki shock mount because it was touching the frame at full compression.

Now that sprocket has to come closer to the tire.

That looks like a pretty good fit actually... lengthwise as well.

At full compression it is very close to touching the battery box.

                Hopefully nothing bad happens

I painted it black but gonna be a full month before my wheel arrives (its at my folks place in the USA)

Bought some RFY shocks and swingarm spools to finish her up.

Now gotta figure out some rearsets and muffler mounts.

Good stuff, and as for the battery box you can always make a smaller one and use a Shorai or something.
