Im rebuilding a 450 and wanted if anyone had a close up photo of the front brake caliper.. im not sure exactly that spring thing (the like metal wire with the the loops on each) goes to

Metal wire with loops... can you take a picture of it? On my bike, the only thing matching that description is the speedo cable holder which attaches to the fork via a separate bolt below the caliper bolts.
Alternatively, look at the parts diagrams on the websites of any OEM parts vendor, these often (but not always!) show how things are to be put together. -
