    Footpeg upgrade

With the new tires I threw on that I raved about earlier, I now have a new concern- Cornering clearance. I am running three-point case savers and they will touch the asphalt with a bang if I lean over far enough. The solution seems simple enough and that is to switch the footpegs with ones with the nubs or feelers on them so that they will extend farther than the case savers and will touch down first. I am looking for ideas on this.

I don't make a habit of it, however there is the occasional tight twisty out here in SoCal with a surprise and it is kinda nice knowing exactly what is remaining with regards to lean angle. The first thing that would touch if the case savers were not on the bike would be the pegs, however Suzuki did not make OE savers back then and I am not too keen on removing them.
