Wheel options for shafties?
I'm sure it has been asked before but I was unable to find much with the search. I just picked up an 82 1100 gk and am hoping there are wheel options. any direction to find something that might fit is welcome.Tags: None

Greetings and Salutations!!
Hi Mr. The Jed,
Does your bike have wheels? What kind of wheels are you looking for? Wider wheels? Spoke wheels? There aren't really any options other than the stock types and sizes from similar models. Having the shaft drive really limits our choices. I'm not saying it's impossible but I've never seen it done to a shafty. Maybe the wheels from an early 90s GSX1100G would fit, but I'm just guessing. There are a few guys here who own or have owned one of those. Perhaps they'll let us know what they think. Anyway, enough of my ramblings. Here's your "mega-welcome".
