New radial master cylinder on 82 GS100GL

Can I simply just put a radial master cylinder off a newer GSXR on my bike with no other mods? Would it improve the breaking or just the feel?

    Thanks all,

    Jay

    Thanks all,

    Yes it should work fine.
I think you would need the calipers also to get the full effect but the your opening up a hole different can of worms doing that.
Add some nice braded brake lines with the newer master cylinder and you will see a nice improvement.

I already have the braided lines. Got a set of Galpher lines just the other day. Thanks for the response.

The stock mastercylinder is 5/8" bore. Try to match that size for the best feel.
