Which is the preferred rear wheel for the 2V 750?
Hey everyone, I have a 78 GS750 and both a standard 18 inch and 17 inch rear wheel from a later model 1100. They look to be about the same height with the tires installed. I think the 18 looks better, is there an advantage to the 17 other than the 130 width increase? Shoud I bother trying the 17 incher?Tags: None

Sorry for the confusion, the stock rear wheel on my 1978 750 is an 18 inch. The other rear wheel I have is from a 1981 GS1100 and its a 17 inch. I am at work so I dont have the width sizes but I am pretty sure the 17 inch wheel is a 2.50 and the 18 inch wheel is a 2.15.
