I installed a swingarm bearing facing backwards...will something terrible happen?

i installed new swingarm bearings, then i noticed that one of them is "reversed" the side with text is facing inside.
i'll hate to ruin this fairly expensive bearing (almost 20$ a pop) trying to extract it.
would it be terrible if i leave it like this?
also, should it go all the way in up against the little shoulder? i used an allthread and 2 large disks to insert it and the i used the old bearing with a plastic mallet but i couldn't get them more the about 1-2 mm in beyond the edge

it will work fine the direction you have it, although it should be tapped in home against the shoulder. try a socket to tap it in if you can find the right size that will tap the bearing in without getting jammed in the swingarm

Just remember, an opinion without 3.14 is just an onion!
