Can Bridgestone S11 rear be used as front tire?

I have an 82 750EZ model that I've owned since 1987 that I am about to put in storage and restore later. But before I do that...

I want to know if I can use the brand new rear Bridgestone S11 Spitfire tire as a front tire on my 2000 Kawasaki Concours C-10. I know it will fit, but I'm not sure if a Bridgestone rear tire can be used as a front tire. I'm guessing as long as the directional arrow is pointed forward, then I'm okay?

Thank you all again for all your help in getting my 82 going again when I pulled it out of storage in 2007. She's given me some glorious rides, and I'm sure will do so again one day.

The people to ask would be Bridgestone.

Called Bridgestone Technical Support at 1-855-388-3726. According to rep, their S11 tires are stamped "R" or "F" to denote rear or front specific. So, in my case, the answer is no - you cannot use a rear tire on the front of another motorcycle.

And, ... if you were allowed to use a rear tire on the front (or one of the "universal" tires), you would reverse the rotation arrow for front use.
