My new to me Marzocchi shocks

I purchased these from member Grand Rouge. He sent them to me and would not take my money until I was satisfied with them on my bike. I am indeed happy.
Thank you Dallas (Grand Rouge) for trusting me and being such a gentleman in this transaction.
A pleasure to do busines with you.

Had a look at these in person tonight. Fantastic!! beautiful addition to an already great bike. The black and chrome really looks sharp.Man, that rear tire strip is getting smaller and smaller Trevor..

Well as soon as I took my bike off the centre stand after installing them I noticed a bike difference in the way my bike didn't "sag" down much. I felt a touch taller in the seat too. The bike is solid feeling in the rear now but I have to have the front match that feeling. So I ordered New 1.1 Sonic fork springs (thank you jwhelan for recomending). I prefer a firm ride as I do like to ride aggressive from time to time. Hope they are are good for two up riding as well. Big improvement over the stock shocks though.
I have other upgrades planned for the bike over the next few months that include installing a Lockhart cooler and black powder coated rims I got from JWhelan, braided brake lines, and stainless steel GPMotowerks 4-1.
And I'm going to try the sport demons as I need new tires soon. 14000kms since May.

They look really nice Trevor. I tried to get a set in Sacramento that Rob had pointed out but they must have sold as I never heard form the seller. 14000km in a season, that some riding. I'm lucky if I get 6000km. I think next year will be a great year, if I can wrench a bit this winter.

Look into some cartridge emulators as well as the fork springs. Huge improvement. Huge.

Thanks tkent, I'm embarrassed to say that I'm not sure what "cartridge emulators" are. I am on my way out the door so I will google it later.
                Thanks again,
                And thanks Charlie,

Hi Trevor, I know this is an old post but did you find the parts or anyone to service the marzocchi shocks? I have a pair where one was leaking and a fox shock guy told me to dissassemble and install extra orings.. I did it and it seemed to work but IDK for how long..
