I need a front brake (dual disk) master cylinder rebuild kit for a 1979 GS1000E, can't seem to find one for this model and this year?! Where to find this kit?

Just order it from your favorite source for OEM Suzuki parts.
You'll also likely want the reservoir o-ring and probably the reservoir itself. They're all still available from Suzuki.
Even if there were an aftermarket kit for this, you wouldn't want it -- they're dangerous imitation junk.1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
