    Air front and rear

with air cushion shocks can you link them as you do with car air shocks?
To try and make it clearer a line from one rear to the other rear with a t joint mounted somewhere in-between that has the valve in it to increases / decrease pressure (and the same for the front)

I don't mean connect all four as one (tho can't see why not)

We (I and several others here) don't use air in the front forks. Sonic springs and the right weight of fork oil tends to eliminate the need for air in the front. Oh and the RaceTech or another brand of fork valve emulators are a great addition to the front forks. Go airless today!

yes, you can link them. lots of bikes are linked.
I wouldn't link front to back as that won't allow independent adjustment.
