    GSX750ES : Fork anti-dive axis bolt doesn't stick out

    Hi,
As you can see in the picture below, my fork anti-dive mechanisms are not the same.
The one on the left is OK and it is easy to put the black knob on the bolt head.
The one on the right seems bad as the axis bolt head doesn't stick out enough so it is impossible to fix the black knob on it.
I tried to gently pull the axis screw but to no avail...
    Any ideas ?

Just for the record I think that the modulator I have is not an anti-dive type as it has no linkage to the braking system.

Anyway...I managed to achieve some progress :
I was able to remove the cap (see next 3 images).

I did that using 2 drill bits.

Unfortunately the lock washer was destroyed in the process.
Even still, when I try to pull the axis using a vice plier, I fill a springy resistance which after 3 millimeters of pull is becoming a mechanical stoppage...

You are working on a 85/86 Canadian or European 750.One of those PDF units on my 85 EF doesn't turn either, never worried about it.Just stuck them on the 83 forks I used instead of having to make block off plates.

I wasn't able to find this part in any of the models/years in http://www.alpha-sports.com/suzuki_parts.htm database.
They only have models with anti-dive ...

I made some progress today and I found the cause to the problem :
The axis of the front fork adjuster has a cross pin that was broken and part of it is still stuck inside.
Any ideas how to remove the stuck pin ?
