Minimum rotor thickness?

Hey guys, I tried searching this, but for some reason no matter what I enter into the search box I always get exactly the same results and they have nothing to do with what I'm searching for.

so here is my question, what is the minimum thickness of a front rotor for an 81 650? I'm looking at a set for my bike but they will need to be machined and I'm not sure how low we can go. Thanks for the help guys

The machine to spec is stamped into the rotor hub. IIRC, the front are 4.5mm and the rear is 6mm. Look at yours to be certain.

Thanks for the info. The guy is sending me the thickness measurements tomorrow, I will have him check the stamp for me as well

Additionally, I would think it would be in the service manual.
