Rob...pocket full of buckshot. Hand full over the shoulder and the windshield and possibly radiator are gone. Now that is if you really want to be the king azzhole of the road...LOL

The bike is off the pipes right now, but I will run this test ASAP;
The noise if on both on-choke, so 2000+ RPM, and off the choke I.E. 1100 RPM; even when bike is warm where I put it on the sidestand with engine on.

By the way, speaking of pipes, what kind of gasket do you use, the squash-type copper one:

The second one is OEM type, that's what I used. I thought my originals were missing too, but they were stuck in there. Took some work to get them out.
