    82 GS 650 G shock recomendations

My originals are shot. I've been looking at the Progressives, and the RFY's that Chris rebuilds.

I'm mostly going to be riding single. But I would like to take a bit of an adventure ride. Nothing to extreme though since I just finished a round of chemo. So I will be adding some gear if I'm able to go on the ride. I figure if you're going to be alive, you might as well live. So I want to go for that ride I've been talking about for years,,,,lol.

What do you guys think of the RFY's. They any good. Or would I be better off with the Progressives. Which would you recommend. Thanks

Don't know anything about RFY shocks.

I have installed Progressives on a couple of bikes, with good results.

I have installed Hagon shocks on my wife's bike, she loves them.

I have just installed Koni shocks on my bike, but have not ridden with them yet.
