    Brake pads staying pushed together

I have a 92 Suzuki gs 500e. I thought it was the whole brake so I got a new rear brake and pads, but it's still happening. It's fine before bleeding it but when I do the pads are pushing against the disk already making it so the wheel cannot completely spin freely. Please help

Your rear master cylinder likely needs attention- it's not letting the brake fluid flow back to its reservoir after brakes are applied. Probably a clogged port . Do not ignore this, fix it!
