Benefit of 1100G rims for a 1000G
Hey all. I have a set of rims from an 1100G. I'm wondering if they are worth using on my 1000G. One benefit I see is that both rims are marked tubeless, that would be a plug if I ever got a nail hole, at least I could use a patch. What if any are the other benefits over my stock rims for the 1000G?Rob

The tubeless aspect is an upgrade for sure. Many of the 1000G wheels are tubeless already though. The 1100G front is 2.15 which is wider than the 1000G front.Ed

Along with what Ed mentioned, the only other difference is "style".
I have a pair of 1100G rims on my 850G'K'. Mainly because I like that spoke pattern better, but also because another GSR member likes the 850G (and 1000G) pattern better, so we swapped.
