    "full floating"

Are the stock brake rotors on my '82 11e floating or "full floating"?

      Semi-floating? I guess not.

They appear to be one piece of metal bolted to the hub, even though the inner part is black.

The exact same brake system technology. The only difference is the GSXR racebike is much more worn and loosened up. At speed, when both are spinning at thousands of rpm, they act the same and have the same alignment/drag.
