Does someone know the actual master piston size on the EX650, EX600, EX250 etc?

So I finally got around to working through most of this. I swapped the triples and the rebuilt a dual rotor pair of forks. Note these are not the inline axle but instead a leading axles pair.... which leads me to my next question. Does anyone know what other hardware I need? It would appear I need a longer axle bolt, possible some different shims and spacers? Also I cant seem to figure out why but somehow my triples/axle ended up crooked...?
Yes the bars are pointed straight but the wheel is pointing off the the left... but the top and bottom of the triple line up and I have no problems installing the fork tubes....
Also has anyone else done this and do you know what to do with the speedo? Is there a different housing as the only way I could fit my old one was pointing straight down
The whole point of this clusterf*** was to get the salty monk brake mod installed. I noticed today when test fitting everything that the caliper mounting pattern on the leading axle forms is longer (bolt to bolt) and set lower (ie - closer to the ground) than the inline axle forks, this of course means that the salty monk brackets I bought A) do not fit the lower fork tubes, and B) even if I reproduced them with the roughly 8mm extra pattern spacing on the upper corner bolt hole they would not place the caliper in the correct position..... omg what a mess!
Anyone have the geometry of the different setups if I wanted to produce a custom set of brackets?
Any ideas on how to sort this out?

TKent has a Blackbird rotor which is 310mm but there is a 900RR rotor that is 320mm that should be better suited. I don't know the year 900RR but I know it exists because I bought one by accident years ago (the guy told me it was a 295mm rotor..).
More info is here: http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...GS750C-GS1000C
I bought the EBC MD1124LS for my T500 cafe build. Am just starting on the project so it will be quite a while before I have any updates on how it worked out.

FYI: I am currently using 95 zx600 callipers and master with 07 vfr 800 rotors I picked these based off of the list of compatible parts sent to me by salty monk

So I am in the market for a set of inline axle forks both with caliper mounting locations. If anyone has a set of these for a 750 they are looking to sell please let me know. I would also be willing to trade as I will now have two other sets of forks I will need to get rid of, the original set of inline axle forks for a single caliper setup (maybe for someone doing a smaller bike modification?) and also now these leading axle forks which have a brand new set of seals and have been thorough cleaned out inside...
I have posted in the WTB section: http://www.thegsresources.com/_forum...al-brake-setupLast edited by Guest; 10-09-2017, 09:28 AM.
