anyone run one line from rear master straight to caliper?

As the title says I am looking at getting Braided lines and I wanted to "clean" things up as well as make and easier install. I was wondering if anyone has run one line and completely gotten rid of the solid line? 1980 Gs550l

Yep, the stainless line even fit under the hard line brackets. I imagine you should clean or replace the hard line if you decide to use it. Probably cheaper to run the new stainless line from MC to caliper.
