    Front Master Cylinder Rebuild Kit?

    Where are people getting their rebuild kits from? Can I just buy the set of cup and seals from the dealer?

      Yep, Suzuki OEM only. The aftermarket kits are iffy and expensive.
      1983 GS850G, Cosmos Blue.
      2005 KLR685, Aztec Pink - Turd II.3, the ReReReTurdening
      2015 Yamaha FJ-09, Magma Red Power Corrupts...

          The piston and cup set IS a rebuild kit. Before ordering you might want to take a peek down the bore of your master and make sure the aluminum isn't pitted.

            Fair point. The MC works OK now, I just figured it's time for some new parts in there for next year. Maybe I will just pull it apart first and see what I have in there before spending any money.

              Bought the bike in '09. That and the BOX of parts. Getting to the master cylinder and installing the rebuild kit from Suzuki, my dilemma is the order in which the piston parts go into the bore. There are no clear pix to show the order. Can someone point me in the right direction?
