    Best brand for brake pads

I got a 81' 850G in need of new front brake pads. I'm not really sure what brand I should get. So far it looks like the best brand I found is EBC. If anyone has any good input or any brakes they really like please let me know. Thanks!

Well, I was about to reply, but I guess I don't need to! It's all there in my own words.

And after another year of absolutely merciless flogging, I'm still very happy with the EBC FA51V red semi-sintered brake pads. They work great in all weather and don't appear to be causing wear to the rotors.

After 12k miles with these pads (mine are orange though) I have no complaints either. Rotors are holding up as well.

I did steel brake lines at the same time as these pads so I'm not sure if one or the other made the most difference, but the two together are great!
