Looking for rear brake pads, but based on the part number im finding two different shapes. they are both EBC brand. Why are they different shapes and is one better than the other?

I have not had a 650 but my guess is the top one is the rear brake, take out the old ones and compare before you order.

The bottom ones are not from our series of bike.. never seen anything like that. Maybe the 1150 uses a pad like that?

One of the best reasons not to buy from eBay, unless you know what the part is supposed to look like

          Top one is correct

I ordered the correct ebc front brake pads, but the seller told ,me their ebc inventory was off so he sent sps brand. He also said if there’s a problem w that let him know and he will take care of it.

              any opinions about SPS?

SBS (Scandinavian Braking Systems) is a good premium brand.

I've never heard of SPS. If it's some Chinese no-name and not a typo, do NOT install that junk on your bike and get your money back.
