A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Two guys drive around the country in a convertible Corvette. They stop for a few days at a time to work odd jobs and right all wrongs. Here's the hook: EVERY year ('60 -"64) they get a brand new Vette.

I am confused with your thread title. Are you looking for comments on your pitch or are you inviting others to present their pitch or both?

Better off with a Sportster perhaps.
"Then Came Rob" or something like that. He keeps the same Sportster, but every week he has a different Hollywood starlet on the back.
And of course he fights for truth, justice and the American way.

Bronson, yes probably had to make lots of stops to tighten parts and gas up the little tank. Bike looked pretty good though.

Thanks for the memory poke.
While it was not done in a Corvette, my closest friend and I lived a life like that for a couple of years..
Many odd moments happened, including a couple where our own survival was doubtful.

As he searches for shaft drive bikes that don't jack the rear end
That only happened to me once, but it was a memorable moment as I was riding at about 30MPH in 4 inches of fresh snow at the time.
The universal joint on my Moto Guzzi broke; the real wheel locked up and the bike immediately went sideways
I was only a few blocks from home and, fortunately, there was no other traffic and I just slid to a stop.

Curiously, when I backed the bike up, the broken universal parts re-engaged and that allowed me to drive the bike back home.

Thank you very much for that fine clip. Educational TV. Required viewing.

Just caught Fantastic Voyage, which answers the question 'What if you could shrink Raquel Welch so small she could fit in your...?'

Well he ain't on a Sportster and is only known in a small circle but here it goes. The Story of Gypsy Jean and Scooter Tramp Scotty meeting at Sturgis, hanging out a bit and finding out she was dying of cancer.

Scotty stuck with her all the way til the end and has since begun a yearly cancer fundraiser in her name. This story truly does deserve a more cohesive presentation but hey, Scotty does all this while living full time on the road on his Evo.

So yeah, he ain't Bronson but this is a real life story and a tear jerker at that. Never did meet Jean but did spend many nights sitting on her grave next to Scotties camp at Sturgis where they met.
