    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    Thank you posplayr much appreciated. Does the TSCU do anything other than autocanelling? My auto cancelling is not working already before the switch to LEDs. Also, when grounding the control line, do I just cut a length out and ground it to the frame.... and leave the other end of it cut?

    I know it looks like a 78 gs1000m but it is an 82 1100e thats been skunked, That pipe would look sweeter if I had polished up the engine a bit first.

    I guess i will have to buy me one. How do you change your front wheel without a center stand, can the rear be on the paddock stand then jack up underneath engine like I do with a center stand?

    They are nice, but quite pricey at $726.40 shipped, and not sure about the tips because I couldn't find the link to the 4 that are offered. To me they look very similar to the Mac pipe in the black and chrome style but they also require loss of center stand.

    Thanks Hampshirehog. I like the Marving look and quality, and especially like that you dont have to remove the center stand. ... nut havent found one for the 1982 gs1100e yet, but will keep searching. They are pretty cashy like the motogpwerks pipes too.

    yep, that's what I thought too, but he acts like he intends to keep it, but he did say that nice gs1000's can go for as much as 13k. I asked him how much he would have to pay to ship it back and he hadn't checked on that yet, He may come back and buy my 3000 mile gs1000 engine as well.

    Thank you I took Chuck's advise and left it with the bike. Sold it yesterday to a guy that is going to take it back to japan when he goes home in two years, I am really surprised they go for only 10 bucks, it would be worth a LOT more than that to me if I needed one.
