DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    Starter Cluch repair, problems…

I need access to the starter clutch components, it's slipping and I figure it just needs new springs. Has anybody pulled the rotor off the end of the crankshaft on an 1100G? Looks like it just needs to be pulled off with a gear puller, but it is stubborn. I broke a Harbor Freight gear puller...

anyone go for a ride today? Pics?

Thanks Bob. Able to pick it up after it falls, or stop it before it hits the ground is a biggie. That's near or under 400lb for me. Low price too for a new bike. You must find Triumphs reliable, or you wouldn't have bought another.

Bummer, Peter Hickman crash & injured. He was going very strong in his qualifying. Looks like he crashed while reducing speed before an upcoming corner at Kerrowmoar.

It is so nice to see the home town friendliness and lovely countryside of the Irish road races. Plus, I like to see gray haired riders. Compared to the concrete airport sterility and paranoid pit access of motogp.

Well I bought the Live Pass to the 2025 IOM TT. Similar to blasting down Michigan country roads, but considerably more intense. The IOM TT is much safer for the riders too.

Can anyone help tell me a good starting jet for a 79 GSE 550 with air filter pods?

Look up the bike on Suzuki Parts Nation and repair manuals for specs. You have a lot of homework to do on this site also.

    Northwest 200, 2025

I found some pirate videos of the races. Real racing, not like the 10 sec. staggered time starting they have at the TT.

Why so many "No Title" bikes listed for sale?

Is this story plausible? Young man buys a new bike but can't keep up with payments. So he sells or trades it to a friend, then claims it was stolen. Bike is traded a few more times. Listed again with no title, looking for a trade.

Why so many "No Title" bikes listed for sale?

We look through adds everyday and see decent condition bikes listed at a reasonable price, but the description ends with "no title". I bought one of these and hit the brick wall trying to get it licensed. I was lucky to find a stripped frame with a title and transferred every component onto the...

what did you wrench on today??

Hey Grimly, rare roundabouts here, I'm thinking left turns have a wider radius than right turns because we use the right side lane. So I can take left turns faster and lean more. Really not much else I can think of.

Looks like you way overbuilt that swingarm. Remember you're using steel not aluminum. Here's how I did my steel Katana swingarm.
