I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Loctite types used for slotted sprocket bolts

Red it will be Ray. I have always used a little dab internally in my engines anyway. I was wondering what type of Loctite is the best for slotted cam sprocket bolts. I was going to degree my cams again on my GS1100E and should I use Blue witch I use now. or I have seen green that can be used up to 3 times without replacement of it. 1150 motor and a lot of vibration 5,000+ RPM

End of the world, possibly, think about it liquid metal (mercury) going through your valves, liquid metal does not compress I have always been told and may cause drastic damages, bent valves etc. if ingested into the engine. Engins Case Modifications

Found a cool article in Sport Rider magazine June 1995 about the 1100 GS's where Ward Performance did some work on them. Dyno results and all. and also an article about catching the ZX 11's with the 1150's back then also. I scanned and downloaded the articles to my PC but I can't send them to...

    1327cc Stock Block GS's

I don't know of every one else's luck but I have had some good luck with the 1260 motors, Just seems to rev higher, quicker throttle response, and they live forever, and seem to fit the stock combustion chambers just right without modifying them also. Along with the 66mm stroke just seem to work...

converting a GS1100E oil filter cover to an 1150 type

No I don't believe that it would divert all the oil as I believe that there is or should be an approx. .120 give or take a 2.5 mm hole through the center and really should be called a restrictor more so then a diversion bung. Also since it's discontinued will probably never really know and just...

converting a GS1100E oil filter cover to an 1150 type

http://www.earls.co.uk/earls/adapters/specialtakeoffs.html part #ED19 seems to be the simplest solution I have found when installing an oil cooler on a 1100 instead of buying a 1150 cover or going through any extensive modifications, welding ect. The part has been discontinued I have been told...

1983 GS 1100 left end crank diameter

Thanks I totally agree with the rods stepping I have seen large end rod deflection well within specs and they were still stepped at the outer edges where the bearing cage rides. GS1100E performance

For red light to red light performance I dropped 1 tooth on the countershaft sprocket. And turned it into a totally different animal. 3rd gear wheelies are effortless.
