DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

    Daytona 200 Superbike return!

Very sad to be sure! Like Big T said, only 5 races and nothing close to the west coast. Thought they might have made the effort to support WSB at Laguna in July! Last time they were there with MotoGP I got talking with Larry Pegram for a while, nice guy. Talked even longer with his mum Mary...

    #1 pipe cold

First thing to say is Tom and Steve know exactly what they're talking about with these kind of problems. But, here's my experience with his kind of problem take it as it's intended, just an extra data point. I spent many, many months working a similar problem on both my 850 and 550 Kat. I...

    Review of this Ultrasonic cleaner.

I have one of these too and overall am pleased with it. Be patient and run it over and over with clean solution and it does a good job. Do use the heater though, hotter the better I've found. We have a professional ultrasonic bath in the lab at work and the recommended chemicals to use in it, I...

    Bypassing anti-dive units

Been searching around trying to figure out the best approach to either disable or remove the anti-dive units on my 1000 kat. Turned up a few threads that talked about the bypass plates available from Demon Speed for about $80 but I also saw that others had simply disconnected the original...

    82 Katana steering plunger thingy??

I don't have one on my 550 kat and it's one of the best handling and enjoyable machines to ride I own. Like it's on rails! So long as everything else is in good order I think you'll be fine to take it off and forget about it.

    1981 gs1100 fuel question

There's a diaphragm inside the petcock that acts as a small pump, it's driven by the vacuum from one of the carburetors. When in good working order, the petcock will only pass fuel in fuel and reserve positions when the engine is running. The prime position is like a bypass so will allow fuel to...

Very ugly and very experienced.... Very ugly and very experienced.... Anyone posted this before? It's perfect in every way. The "genuine skunk hide" is a classy touch and the out of the box thinking for the exhaust is just brilliant. If anyone here buys it, I want the trailer. I've got a few...
