DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hi I am as stated a GS 750 from 78, and was bought from a man from Jutland in Denmark, that didn't have a clue about what to do if I got ill.

After 4 years of sleep I was brought home to my new owner in a van, because he didn't think that a trip of 100+ miles would be good for my old oil and brakefluid ( I think he was right).

I was brought to his home in Copenhagen, where I live with another Suzuki of that is younger.

After he changed my oil and brakefluid, he and I went for a few rides together :D My gods, it is nice to get on the road again, even though his friend rides a Yamaha RD350R (phew how it smells :) )

I'm much more of a 'naked' bike fan, but I really like the full fairing on this bike, especially the dual headlight. It has a nice classic cool look going for it.

I wouldn't dare put anything like that on my bike for fear people would want me to race, thinking my bike was as fast as the modern sport bikes. Around here it's either Harley or Crotch-Rocket. Not as many cool classics like yours!

Actually it is a mixed breed, it is as stated a 78 GS750, but the fairing, I have been told is from a Honda CB900 of some kind, and yeah, they think I am a rocket rider.

The last day I was driving, I had compagny of 5 MC officers on their Yamaha 1200 police bikes. They tried to get me to fly, but I rather like to coast, although I can burn rubber if needed. :D

I had no illusions that it was stock. ;) It fits the bike well though. Need some racing stripes or something though. Some 'flash'.

Well my owner was told that it would be a good idea to look at my carb's, and it was.

They are DIRTY

He have got a original airbox that he will fit on to the carb's instead of those thingies I have been breathing thru.

He said that some of the things he took apart, was not worth a picture, he could remember how to put them together, as easy as he could remember his wife's birthday :)

It turned out that he could NOT remember her birthday :( :-$

He got something done today :)

Assembled and painted thee airfilter box
