Hey guys I just wanted to show my dads new 850L I've been working on. When we got the bike it was pretty rough. it didn't start, had a bad oil leak, was a wiring disaster, back brakes didn't work, battery was bad, one of the PO painted the engine with a rattle can engine paint but only what you could see, and that mixed with the loose camshaft end covers caused oil to leak everywhere and the engine looked terrible. The header was missing 4/8 bolts, the spark plugs were finger tight, clutches were not adjusted one of the PO cut the stops off the triple tree so the forks hit the tank Needless to say the bike needed some major TLC. After 2 months and a lot of hours I finally laid the new paint on it this weekend and it will be reassembled next week.
