If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

What is the stock size pilot air jet? The specs says 150 but i cant buy them that way it says stuff like .5, .7, 1, 1.2, 1.7, 1.9, 2 ect... also I have a stage 3 jet kit with 155 mains. Should I keep the stock size air jets?

WOW, your jets are HUGE.

What mods have you done to your engine to justify the 155 mains?
Even if those are DynoJet sizes, that is about the same as a 145 Mikuni jet.
Stock size is only 92.5, so you are up a whopping 21 sizes.

Anyway, ... you were asking about pilot air jets. The stock size, like you said, is 150. The MAIN air jet, the one on the other side of the carb (about the 4 o'clock position) is a 1.6, hence the confusion.

For the record, the stock pilot FUEL jet is 40.

.

Its what dynokit gave me...
Stage 3 Kits
Designed for motorcycles with stock or mildly modified engines using K&N individual air filters and a stock or aftermarket pipe. In most cases power increases of 10-15% can be achieved. However, drivability may be compromised particularly with short stroke high RPM motors. On some modern engine and airbox designs, individual filters and proper jetting offer no performance improvement, yet compromise drivability. In such cases stage 3 kits are not available.

and it came with 150 and 155's

so when I go to buy the pilot air jets there 1.6?
they are they jets that you see when you pull off the are box correct?

Hmmm.... I dont see a listing at dynojet for an '82 550. For what bike does your kit say?
I see a '82 Katana then 83-86 550 dual carb:confused:
