I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.
Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

Returning Visitors
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Thanks! It's a 2003/2004 GSXR 1000 set-up with springs from Traxxion Dynamics, a 3/8" lengthening kit and a Vortex upper tree. The weight of the GS uses up half the travel with sag on the stock springs.
In order to fit it to the GS frame you need a special upper bearing. I bought it 8 years ago and remember that only one guy was selling them and they were very expensive. The lower bearing is the same on both bikes. I also had to make steering stops using socket cap bolts and mounted the GSXR steering damper to my frame. Pretty straight forward once you get that bearing.
I got the idea after seeing some slightly older GSXR forks on GS's, but I don't know how they get them to work on an otherwise stock bike as the forks are a lot shorter than the stock GS forks. I raked my frame to 36 degrees and have the forks fully extended and my ground clearance is nearing that of a dedicated drag bike, so if you had a stock rear suspension it would be pretty front heavy. I seem to recall that when guys would put 16" GS1150 front ends on the older 1100's the handing got a little weird. Even a bone stock 1100 gets sketchy over 130mph which I why I like to rake them a bit.

Thank you! I love it. It's my man cave/shop and is actually part of my house (my office floor is the shop's ceiling). Its 6 ft. lower than my garage, so aside for being hidden the heavy stuff is pretty much theft proof as it takes at least 3 guys to move anything larger than a dirt bike up the ramp. If I was 2" taller the mezzanine wouldn't have worked, but God made me just the right height to get away with having one. A few more square feet for a mill, lathe, drill press, paint booth (I could go on) would have been nice, but I can't complain when there's beer in the fridge 3 steps from a welder.

Finally all together and ready go (I think) Maiden voyage resulted in a leaky cylinder base gasket. Second resulted in a oil cooler hose comic off and soaking the front nd rear wheel as well as the brakes The guardian angels saved my azz that day. The next ride was uneventful, so I made this video, but it seems the starter clutch bolts have sheared off.
