    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Yes, because averyone knows how good old English electrical systems were.

Lucas, Prince of Darkness.

60 Euros? That's way more than the Shendigan Series regulator.

Apparently it is true about a sucker being born every day.

Enjoy being rude and insulting to people much?

Only those who dont take wise advice very well.
Good luck with that Sparks a Lot or whatever it is.

Hah. Compare American, Italian, French electrical systems of the day. They were all crap.

You're just a nitwit you do not get it.
"jij bent gewoon een nitwit jij snapt er niks van." from Dutch

stok en stenen.........

Nice, I see there are some sharp tools too here in the tool shed ;)

Good, you're going to need them to keep the blue smoke inside that regulator. Probably should stock up on stators, too.

Some of us have been here for a while sharing our hard won knowledge, and when someone disregards solid advice it's off putting.

I agree, but sometimes corners must be turned.

Treat every one with respect.

it's not rocket science.

peace ;)

Ignore the ass holes on the site
they are always the usual suspects and are as predictable as they are useless basking in their own self-righteousness.

Yes hate ye not lest ye be Bard Award Winners or Super Site Supporters or whatever.

couple of proper tolls showed themselves for what they are in this thread.

There is another recent thread where there was a similar respondent who could not be bothered to do his own research or do his own legitimete analysis. The person apparently felt it appropriate to ask a question to which the answer was the board concensus. At which which to point the respondent ignored the consensus and started to hypothecate in imaginative notions of perfection devoid of any sense.

So the question is why ask such questions that result in summary consensus appraisals? Are you taking a poll? Can't you go read the information your self and sift through wat you whish to disregard. It seems implausibly ignorant to make a considered opinion Based on the filtered appraisal of a group of participants. Why analyze filtered data? The only reason is o conduct a poll and arguing with poll results would seem one of the most foolish things to do. You can certainly contradict a poll result but should that not be based on a considered appraisal of avaliable information?

No???

First mute point then Hypothesize made bastard?
Get a life and a grade school English program to go with your M of what? oh yes Engineering.

Blame iphone blame Steve Jobs. Too lazy to correct typing is no less lazy than doing or not doing what you accuse others of.
Sad you used to stand for something unlike the usual suspects here.

The morning is wiser than the evening :)

Well this thread sure took off like a striped @ssed gazelle! Ya can't make someone follow your advice, even when it seems like a no brainer. Would it assuage the bitterness if I promise to go the SH775 rout when the smoke finally escapes from my stock charging system? :p

I haven't yet thought of a balm for your bitterness, you're a tough one. You don't even like muffins do you??
