A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

I did try searching for this but didn't find anything.

Has anyone figured out a good replacement for the carb to carb fuel supply line/connector? This is where the fuel line from the petcock goes into a T conector and into carb 2 and 3. Then there is a connector going from carb 1-2 and from carb 3-4.

I have the non o-ring version and its leaky. the original part is discontinued.

I was thinking of threading in some type of fuel connector or something.

Thanks in advance!

Are they broken/perished/ripped or just dry. Those connectors leak if they've not been used in a while like when rebuilding carbs. If they are dry they will swell again when they've been in contact with gas again. When I refit them after a rebuild I prime the system ready for them to leak but they always seal up by the next day.

They had a bit of a "crust" on part that goes into the carb and dirty/grime on the outside part. I didnt want to install them just to have them leak.

I was thinking about tapping the hole and threading in some connectors.

Maybe post in the parts wanted forum? This seems like the kind of thing some members here would have lounging around in their parts bins.
