    A note to old forum members...
    I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

    Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

    Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

    If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

    If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hey guys, My name is Kenny and I live in West Palm, Floriduh.
This is my first real Motorcycle "project" and I thought I'd share how it started to where it is right now.

seat mounted and the front fender will now be trimmed for the rear.

I had to make a coupling to be able to remove the rear wheel (because of the shaft) on the left side of the hardtail.

first put back together, hated the low clubman bars, flipped them and looked way better.

Some EMT slashed for velocity stacks, once the filters were put in and carbs rejetted they worked fine.

Painted inside the stacks, made a panel for power and start switch.

Got the tank striped (the ugly grip tape on the seatpan has been replaced with a thick chunk of leather.)

Well, there she is! I call her the "Skazook"
I have less than 500 bucks into the whole thing, including registration and plates!!
It was a learning experience for sure, looking forward to the next one.
I only wish I would have found out about you guys a year ago!
I hope you guys like what I've done, I know she ain't thee most practical motorcycle on the planet, but I tell ya, it is sooooo much fun to ride!

i really dig the look of it and how you painted the inside of the velocity stacks red...

Really really love your work. I have questions!:D

The EMT stacks are right up my alley, what size pipe, and I see you split them, yes or no?

The exhaust... What type of pipe, size and length? Stock hangers? Did you wrap the OEM headers? Black paint inside the pipes?

Your rear brake assembly.... You moved it up... How did you manage that? I like the new rear brace it's nicely done. Does it stop the bike? I see you elminated the fronts.

You said you 'shaved' the front forks.... I'm not familiar with that terminology... How did you do it, they look fantastic!

Again, I love your work, I'm very impressed. I'll be watching your engine progress.

Sick bike Kenny! A few questions for ya.
  1. What size tires are you running/brand/price?
  2. Any idea how many ft you used to wrap your pipes?
  3. Got any pics of how/where you mounted the rear fender

Great work, Kenny! Kudos!

Any chance you got a pic of you on it? Curious to know your height? I can't see it being very fun for a tall guy to ride. Me being 6'3" (and major back problems), something like that is out of the question.....but sure is fun to imagine. :D
