DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

the rear fender/taillight on my 82 750t is gross looking and i was curious what i could do and what others have done in place of this. Thanx.

I am in the process now of replacing mine with the rear fender of a sportster. The rear fender from a shadow works equally well and lighter then the sportster. It is farely easy if you have even modest hobbiest welding torch. I chose the sportster fender because of the heaviness of the metal. I have lowered the rear end of my bike to match the front end which has been raked four degrees. However that does chance bottoming out the rear end on the fender. The fender from these bikes have more clearance and since the sporster is such a heavy guage it can take the abuse. I finished it off with a LED taillight that has a raised skull in it. A little cheesy having a skull but I was having a teenage moment when I bought it.

Hey Jross,

How did you lower the rear of your bike? I want to lower mine also and I was going to just try shorter shocks. I have seen kits that lower many other bikes, but none for our suzuki bikes.

I replaced mine with that of a Honda Rebel for the bobbed look and underside stoplight.
