It doesn't appear the big gear is included in the starter clutch assembly for $125. Is that correct?

I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Returning Visitors
If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.
If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

The only difference in the clutches is the ID of the bearings and of course the rotor.
So they don't sell the gear then new? I have a line on a used one, but since I've destroyed 3 already, new might last longer.
I felt like the inside of the gear was too loose on the bearing on my 1000G with the 1100G motor, so I bought the bearing and the gear. That was a year and a half ago, but it was available then.
Gear says 496L, wonder if any other models fit?

I have good barrels and springs.
Found a gear in the starter clutch assembly @ partzilla. It was roughly $18 more w/ gear than boulevard. Will see if they send me the right part. Bonus is fast by gas is refunding purchase of transmission shaft I returned, so the funds have already been spent sort of.
I got the new starter clutch assembly in the mail this evening. Going to install tomorrow.
Looks to be the correct parts. One thing I forgot though is my rotor puller is stripped. A former 1100ES owner may have one for me to buy or use. Will be nice to have a functioning starter clutch, at least for a little while.
