I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

got new pipes for my 80 gs 750, had to rejet, got everything back together put in fuel and im leaking bad out the far left carb where it leans lowest, gas is coming out where air filter attaches, there are 2 ports on either side of the circle and gas dumping out the right one if that makes sense, any help?

pipes called to rejet main jet to 130, had a 115? also called to replace pilot jets, first one was stripped out and was actually on carb that is leaking, ended up that the pilot jets were already the correct size but im wondering now if that pilot jet is jacked up if it'd cause the bowl to overflow? float seems ok, sticks a little if i push it up it sometimes will stick up but never leaked before although i haven't had it long.

sounds like the float is sticking open and the bowl is overflowing, out every hole it can
left carb always leaks first, i guess because bikes lean that way ,and it puts more pressure on the needle and seat, and wears them out faster

also check the breather tubes or dont cap off the breather tubes if you did. it can cause a syphon effect

Is the bike running when fuel is coming out? What is the petcock set to? If it is in prime, than gas should always flow, but should only flow when running when it the run or reserve setting. But yes the float may have gotten tweaked out of position, the float valve may have something in it, and check that the float valve needle springy-ness is the same as the rest while you are checking the float level.

petcock is not on prime allthough im not certain my petcock is working right, when i removed the tank to paint etc, had to drain the tank and it seemed to pour out no matter what position the petcock was in.so adjusted that float, got it to quit leaking out the air vent where the air filter attaches, however am now leaking out the next carb over but i believe it's just the float bowl gasket? may need to check that float also though. very minor leak but seems all around float bowl, slow drip instead of steady drip running down the bottom rail

so float was sticking, but carb next to it leaking but am almost certain its the float bowl gasket, very minor drips about once every 5 minutes seems

Your petcock should only flow in the prime position without vacuum. If it flows in run or res without vacuum, it is in need of repair or replacement :(
