A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

Hi,

I placed an 2 orders with Robert? at Cycleorings.com - I have not heard anything.

I am sure his a trustworthy guy, does he post on here?

S.

anyone know what his ID is?

I am sure he has done it or just busy. I feel guilty chasing!

His ID is robertbarr. He is very reliable. I suspect your problem may be that it is an international order. I believe he has had problems with this before.

Hi,

Robert is probably under 4 or 5 feet of snow right now and may even be without power. I hope he's OK and I'm sure he will respond to you as soon as he's able. I know he will appreciate your patience.

Thank you for your indulgence,

BassCliff

I am sure he is busy with something, but it is not snow....:)

Robert lives about 30 miles from me and we have only had one real snow fall all winter...and only a few inches.
It's 36? right now and raining.

He's a good guy...I am sure you will hear from him soon.

Thanks All - I have just sent him a PM. Maybe his email is not working or just busy.

Will wait for a response ;-)

He's probably at the International Motorcycle show!

I was there yesterday....it was a ton of fun as always.

hi, dont worry about your order bud, mine took about 11 days, excellent quality andworth the wait.:)

Hi,

OK, it's good to hear you guys were not caught in the big snow this week. Take care.

Here's the reason you didn't hear from me (I'll truncate all the extra detail):

Anything I send you is rejected by your server or your spam filter.

You were notified right away. Your kits went out the next morning as usual, and should be in the UK in less than ten days.

Ordered arrived today. What a job, awesome.

Massive thanks, sorry all, highly recommended.

A++++

Sexysuzi - I have had the same problem twice. Still have not heard from him so I will try again. I am sure it is probably a problem at my end.

Nice to see another UK suzi owner. If you get a chance sign on to our UK Social Group and you never know we might even meet up one day or go to the same show.

Greetings

Richard

Robert Barr is a top man, I have ordered a couple of times and both times they have taken a while to arrive, but this is usual for stuff from the States, its just a postal thing.

The service I have had from Robert (several sets of O rings over the past few years) has been first class. I only live 2 miles away from Polymax but will get my next set off him again.

I've always thought the postage was pretty quick as well.

Robert does us a great service and I commend him for it. He is quick getting things out but the postal services seem to take their sweet time. Even the few hundred miles between he and I can be 8 to 10 days. Sometimes you just have to sit and wait.

Glad you got them.

Cheers,
Spyug

I'm not aware of any problems with either the ordering or the shipping (exception: Canada, but we all knew that already). Orders are being placed & filled as usual.

Obviously I can't reply to a customer who leaves me a deceased / invalid email address, and there are people who need a little time figuring out the ordering page, but as far as I can tell, everything is normal at this end. Everything that gets ordered goes out the next morning, again as usual.

This concludes this public service announcement...
