    A note to new registrants...
All new forum registrations must be activated via email before you have full access to the forum.

A Special Note about Email accounts!
DO NOT SIGN UP USING hotmail, outlook, gmx, sbcglobal, att, bellsouth or email.com. They delete our forum signup emails.

A note to old forum members...
I receive numerous requests from people who can no longer log in because their accounts were deleted. As mentioned in the forum FAQ, user accounts are deleted if you haven't logged in for the past 6 months. If you can't log in, then create a new forum account. If you don't get an error message, then check your email account for an activation message. If you get a message stating that the email address is already in use, then your account still exists so follow the instructions in the forum FAQ for resetting your password.

Have you forgotten your password or have a new email address? Then read the forum FAQ for details on how to reset it.

Any email requests for "can't log in anymore" problems or "lost my password" problems will be deleted. Read the forum FAQ and follow the instructions there - that's what we have one for...

  • Returning Visitors

If you are a returning visitor who never received your confirmation email, then odds are your email provider is blockinig emails from our server. The only thing that can be done to get around this is you will have to try creating another forum account using an email address from another domain.

If you are a returning visitor to the forum and can't log in using your old forum name and password but used to be able to then chances are your account is deleted. Purges of the databases are done regularly. You will have to create a new forum account and you should be all set.

I hadn't Ridden since a Week Ago Friday. It's been Cool and Wet Here for almost a Week. Today Started out Cool and there was some Scattered Frost. I got out Early to run some Errands so I could Squeeze in a Ride This Afternoon. With the Sun, the Temp. Steadily Climbed to about 60*F by Noon. The Wife was Taking a Nap and My Daughter was Getting Ready to Go Visit Her Fiance So I geared Up and Took Off. At Cruising Speed the Joe Rocket Mesh and My Fleece Lined Gloves Were Enough to be comfortable but Not Too Much as the Air still had a Nip to It.

Where To Go? I rode a couple of Miles Toward Town and Stopped to put My Earplugs in and Decided that Some Backroad Exploration was in Order so I headed South and West. I soon Found Myself across the State Line In Northwest Tennessee on Highway 97. It Terminates Just West of Paris TN but I didn't want to Go that far so I started Looking for a Side Road to the Right (West) and soon came upon 140 and hung a Right. It is a Good 2 lane with a few curves that meanders into the Small Community of Cottage Grove. After Cottage Grove the Road Straightened up and I was Riding pretty much Due South. I passed by Carmack's Fish Barn in Como TN where they Bring out the food on Platters and in Bowls Country Style. Gotta get back there Soon!=P~ That Road Stops at Highway 54 in Como and I took another Right. A few more miles and I took a Right on TN 190. This is a Road that I have never been on before as far as I know. It is a Decent 2 Lane with NO traffic and a Few decent S Curves. I took it at a Pretty Spirited Pace while Looking for anything that looked Familiar. After 10 or so Miles I came into Palmersville TN and took another Right which would take Me back into KY South of Lynnville KY. This is another Good 2 Lane and I was the Only Vehicle on the Road. While Crossing the Obion River Bottom I Hunkered down over the Tank and Let the 850 Romp. I don't know how fast 7000 rpm in 5th is because it maxed out the 85mph Speedo but She Sure Sounded Nice even with the Earplugs in!:-D Got to Lynville and took another Right and was Home in 15 Minutes. Elapsed Time 1 1/2 Hours, Total Miles 70, Total Smiles-I Lost Track!\\:D/
