Stock exhaust for 1983 GS1100,$155+ $35 shipping. Lack of other bidders makes me think that his asking price was too high ;-) Too late now, anyway. My bike came only with 4in1 exhaust and missing centre stand.

Sometimes you just get lucky and nobody bids. I don't know what they are really worth, but its what you wanted at a price you were willing to pay... so it sounds like a good deal to me.

Clean them with some scratch remover such ScratchX 2.0. DO NOT use aluminum foil, green dish scrubbies, steel wool or anything else aggressively abrasive.

Overpay?I think you have got that it was a good to great deal.To put it in perspective I bought a set of 82 GPz750 pipes for $300CAD and thought that was a fantastic price.But I got a great deal on shipping:highly_amused:

That is a great price. A scrap metal dealer stole mine off my back deck early one morning. Cost me that to have one side shipped from London On. and then a few hundred more to put the rest of it together.
