How often is it that you can get a bad one? I just ordered one from suzuki and it had a few small indents on it in a few places and thought it was a manufacture thing, and a small difference from the emgo one I had before. 2 weeks after the oil change with the expensive lucas oil I notice a bunch of smoke and oil dripping when I get home. all coming from the oil filter seal. 
Gonna switch it out now for the emgo[only because it is half the price of OE
] and some rotella because my bike seems to like the synthetic t6 better. Would it be a good idea to completely change the filter too or just the seal?
